Did not get any confirmation email

I placed my order around 3:30 a.m. I got charged by my bank. However, I do not see my order in my recent order section, nor have I received any confirmation email. My order is worth more than $250. Thats a lot of money. Please, someone help me with this. This had never happened to me before.

Same EXACT thing happened to me I had $315 I’m so scared like and no one is answering or fixing it !!!!!!

Oh my god. This is something new. I have ordered during the sale before. But this never happened.
