No confirmation email

 

I ordered an Dyson and checked out as a guest but I was waiting for the confirmation email and I never got it. So I made the purchase again. I check my bank app to see if the transaction went through and it did, twice. When I tried looking for Sephora website to see what I can do it said I needed an order number but I didn't have one because I didn't get the confirmation email. I just want to know if my order has been placed and how can I cancel the second one. I contacted chat support and it was of no help.
