Complaint Regarding Delayed Delivery and Poor Communication

Hello,

 

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent same-day delivery order I placed with Sephora. The order was scheduled for pickup at 12 PM but was not delivered until around 7 PM.

 

In an attempt to get clarity, I made three calls to the assigned DoorDash driver, who responded during one of the calls with, "thank you for waking me up". This was unprofessional, especially after waiting over six hours for a delivery. I just wanted to understand why my package was taking so long.

 

I also spoke with a Sephora customer service representative who gave me confusing updates about the delivery time. Obviously, there is a lack of clear communication from both Sephora and DoorDash made this experience unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient.

 

I’m requesting that Sephora formally acknowledge this issue and offer some form of resolution or compensation for the delay and poor handling of this order.
