Delayed Order and Poor Customer Service

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order placed last week, consisting of six to seven items. It has now been seven to eight days since I placed the order, and I was expecting delivery yesterday, which did not happen. When I reached out to your customer service, I was advised to contact Canada Post. However, upon calling them, I was informed that there was no physical item that had left their center, only virtual scanning. I returned to your customer service for assistance and spoke to an agent who seemed disinterested in resolving my issue. To my dismay, I learned that out of my original order, only one item remains, there were other items that were meant to be a birthday gift for myself. The other six items, which are among my favorites, are no longer available. I find it unacceptable that after a week of waiting, I am told that I can only receive a refund for items that I was excited to receive. I expect better communication and a resolution to this matter.

@Simrnn21, I'm sorry to hear this and I'm happy to take a look in more detail.
