Inquiry Regarding Package Delivery Delay

Hi everyone,

 

I’m wondering if anyone could help me out. I was expecting a package that was supposed to arrive yesterday, but today I got a notification saying, “YOUR PACKAGE HAD AN EXCEPTION.”

 

Does anyone know what this means or how long it might take to get my package now? Any advice or similar experiences would be really appreciated.
