Community log in issues

Hello, I've been trying to get into the community app for weeks now. Ether has tried to help me but it says my email doesn't exist when I'm currently using it in this app(Sephora). I was given a password to use and my username but I cannot log in. I need help because I can only log in with my email address.

Hello I don't have a desktop computer to log into. I'm trying to get into the Insights lab to answer the questions and polls like I used to do before. This is crazy actually...I can't even reply to your message individually in private message. Idk what's going on but it's greyed out. I get the error when I go to my email and click on the link to reply. I click on it and tells me to log in...with and email address that exists via the Sephora app but not the Insights lab page app. ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ
