Website not working

Why is website not working during the sale?? This isn't first time since Oct 27th either, every product I click on says - Product not available, I just started clicking on random items and they all say this! This is unfair for Rouge members to have website or app not working during exclusive days, what is happening?

I'm so sorry some items you were hoping to purchase are now out of stock and for the issues you had shopping on our website/app! If you're still having trouble shopping on our site/app, please contact us via phone at 1-877-737-4672 or via our live chat so we can assist you in placing your order for items that are available. I understand this is disappointing and I apologize for this experience.

no, not SOME items, EVERY item I clicked said this, so this is website glitch that has been happening for a while. The local stores are out of items I wanted to order and online shopping is a nightmare because of this! Someone needs to fix this issue with the website, its ridiculous!

Can you please try resetting the cookies/cache on your web browser? And please try uninstalling/reinstalling the app if you're seeing this issue on the app as well. I'll send you a message to follow up.
