APP not working/not loading products

Hi!! 

For the last 3 weeks my Sephora app has not been working properly! Every time I go to search a product or if I even go through the search tap and select different options- it always says โ€œproducts not available try changing your search criteriaโ€. It wonโ€™t show me anything. 
I have deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times and also called customer service to make sure my account is working. My phone is also up to date. 

Any help would be great ๐Ÿ™‚

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the site. If you're using the web browser, please clear your cookies and cache. You may need to look up how to do this on your specific device. If you're using the app, please uninstall the app, and reinstall it with the latest app version. If the issue persists afterwards, please let us know.

Yes, I have done this several times, and then again today.  It is still happening.

Same! The lipstick sale today, I could not select any colors othe than the first option. I had to wait until I was at a desktop and use the the desktop version to order the lipsticks I wanted. By the time I did, many of my choices had already sold out.
