Hi, I am trying to reach an underwriter. I've been applying for the Sephora card for five years and I still haven't been approved. I am a rouge customer. I would love to carry a Sephora credit card but I don't know why I can't seem to obtain one. Every time I call COmentiy I get Spanish-speaking associates who don't know what I am calling about. They have no clue because credit works differently in Latin America. 

I am frustrated. I have the Closed VS credit card and the Express Credit Card. But have kept my Ann Taylor and ULta credit cards open. I wonder if this is a clue that I should start shopping at ULTA.

Any suggestions??
