How to merge my in-store account points with my online account

I have points from my in-store account but I can't figure out how to get them onto my online account. How do I merge the two accounts?

@kinsleyec  I can help! However, it looks like your private messages are turned off. You can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
