BI account not linking in

hi- my BI account is not linking to the app or my online account. can you please help?

Hi - my password was reset. still not working! it looks like they are now linked, but when i put in SAVINGS into promo code it says " you must be logged into your BI account," which I am. something is still not working/connecting with my account and cart.
