I live fairly close to the fulfillment center @WinglessOne. I have never had a problem with my PMG orders only with Natasha Denona direct. I am still hoping for a a warehouse sale at PMG.

Hehehe ladies, dumb question. Are Sotfcore lipstick and Divine Rose gloss new shades. I can’t keep track what I have anymore 🤣😂

None of the lip products are new. I don't plan to get any until they go on sale.

Thx @sonnydee ❤️ I looked it up. I pan that mini gloss. I might call to see if I can cancel the gloss. Problem of a hoarder 😘 PS Did you get Divine Rose II palette love?

The code was having difficulty, but I got it to work. I was also able to get the LE packaging.

The fricken site is super glitchy. It keep redirecting me to the homepage. I retry so many darn times and able to add the pink packaging + pink gloss+pink lip with 10 percent discount. Hope my order won’t got cancelled. @Seymore3 @WinglessOne @Mochapj @ChristalM

Same here, but I got it to work. I was able to get the palette in the LE packaging.

@ChristalM  Ah, so I’m not the only one. That was frustrating.

Omg @WinglessOne , it was super frustrating! Rakuten was slow, some stupid Shop pay was confusing me, till I saw a tiny checkout button at the end to enter normal payment info. Then, it said Divine Rose 2 sold out 3 times and i kept going back to the bag after and it was still there and i kept hitting that checkout button.

All the while keeping the mantra "It' s not sold out, its not sold out"

@Buootiful  This is the first time I’ve ever had trouble completing an order at PMG direct. It’s usually much easier and faster for me, even for both my Decadence orders. I don’t know what was going on this morning but holy crap, I hope they fix it for the next wave(s) of VIII releases! 

I hope you actually got the palette! Now we’re all in that fun “is my order real or not” limbo. 😄

@WinglessOne you would think they  would have been more prepared since the Star Wars Decadence debacle. I Hope  we all got what we ordered 🙂
