2 House symbols come together for the first time in this limited-edition creation: the Les 4 Ombres palette and the CHANEL button. 4 collectible color harmonies created to dress up eyes. Imagined by Ammy Drammeh, member of the Comete Collective, and the CHANEL Makeup Creation Studio.

A hallmark of CHANEL style, the button adds an elegant touch to the House’s fashion designs. The Les 4 Ombres Boutons eyeshadow collection offers a fresh take on this iconic emblem.

The palettes feature 4 hues, each embossed with a unique pattern that evokes a different CHANEL button. Exclusive sleeves keep the compacts protected so they can go everywhere you do.

209 Boutons Mademoiselle includes soft and luminous shades: a light pink, a peachy pink, an understated taupe and a sheer, pearlescent ivory beige.

219 Boutons Couture contains sophisticated and timeless shades: a purplish brown, a warm beige, a deep brown with reddish accents and a metallic mauvy taupe.

229 Boutons Stellaire mixes the magic and splendor of the stars with a rich, deep copper, a delicate light gold color, a dazzling silver blue and a light ashy beige.

239 Boutons Baroque incorporates precious shades with a shiny satin pink, a subtle orangey gold hue, a coppery red and a shimmery magenta purple.

Composition

Long-lasting mineral pigments deliver a striking effect, while plant oils ensure a smooth texture for effortless application.

Hopefully Chanel will clean up the glitch when they are officially released. Chanel sent me a link but it was a struggle to make the “add to cart” button to show up. 😘 @TraceyEB and beautiful friends what are you getting  one or 2 if not all 🤣😂

@blackkitty2014 @Sunnysmom @TraceyEB   I got 219 and 229. I actually really liked the simple non-purple look Allfeisty did with the coppery shade topped with the pink, as well as the look Hans Beauty did with the coppery shade and the purple, using 239. The thing still holding me back on 239 is the glitter factor, not just because of it being too sparkly a look for me, but also because glitter fallout drives me insane. Asian IG posters seemed to love that one best though, so I am still thinking about how I might like that one applied very lightly.

Oh yay @Winthrop44 . My gray quad 229 I think is en route and should arrive on Monday. I’m very happy with 219 too. I came back to order the purple one but it was sold out at the moment. Oh well give me sometime to think if I really want it or just wait for either Hermes or CdP holiday.

It looks so pretty @Winthrop44 . I get your concern for the fallout. I bet you could maybe do it lightly with a cream shadow base underneath that wouldn’t interfere? Maybe? As @blackkitty2014 mentioned and I think @TraceyEB too, 219 seems to work so well as a one and done. Will be nice to have a new,easy fall option!

@Sunnysmom Yes! Those browns in 219 all look so beautiful as one and dones. Sheered out they all have such pretty undertones. Very happy with 219 and 229.

@TraceyEB @Sunnysmom  I ordered 219 and 229 (the grey one). I want the purple too but try to be strong because both Hermes and CdP holiday quads are kinda purple too. Tough!

@blackkitty2014 @Sunnysmom, I ordered 229 Stellaire this morning and have 219 on pre-order. There are a lot of purples coming, even from Chanel. The purple in the Baroque palette is sparkly/glittery; the only palette in this collection with that formula.

@TraceyEB What other purples are coming from Chanel? Is there one in the holiday quad? Or singles?

Same ones for me @TraceyEB @blackkitty2014 ! They are all so pretty and tempting but I still have the tweeds that are so similar so I had to say noooo. The purples look so beautiful from all the brands. Excited to see if you guys get any. They’re tricky for and on my eyes so I can forgo them, phew. 🤣

@blackkitty2014, I've had 219 Couture pre-ordered for about 4 months! Thinking about a second palette but how to choose? It's between Madamoiselle and Stellaire. Which ones are you considering?

That was an interesting way to buy them this release wasn’t it @blackkitty2014 @TraceyEB ? I entered through the email link and it worked but it was glitchy if wanting to look at them later so had to go back through the original email. These are so pretty how will we ever use them and brush off the pattern?! 😭 I was determined to just do the practical 219 Couture but that 229 Stellaire with the steely grey green kept calling to me for a different look so I had to go back just for science of course. I’m glad they are hopefully spacing out the other products! What did you guys and others do?
