What a fabulous group @TraceyEB , I’m sure they look lovely on you! Totally agree with your thoughts - the liner should really be in the permanent line, same with Dream quad. It’s all so wearable. That little egg pouch is pretty tough, so cute. Well done Chanel!! Not so well done for our wallets tho! 😭 Being pickier with our buys definitely helps though. Now I need them to stop with all these releases. 🥹 Enjoy your new stuff!

Some nice IG pics to see the new shades of Allure Velvet 8 lips and liners coming. Apparently some EC Nordies have them already. Rouge Coco lips preview on next page too. I’m excited to see more swatches. @Winthrop44 @blackkitty2014 and all.

So glad I had lowish expectations for this collection because turns out I love it so much! I tried to resist one of the eye quads but some gentle persuasion proved too tough. 😭 You know who you are. lol. The highlighter is a bit firm but easy to use and so glad it turns out pinky. May be fun on eyes, haven’t tried that idea yet. Has anyone else? Blue shadow not always for me unless darker.  Very happy with the eye quads! I layered the blues in Dreams and the brown and blue in Jean and those turned out moody and fun, translucent like. (round swatches in the middle) The LE Bleu Twill liner is so good- one and done. I usually mix a grey or black with blue and now no need! I will use all of these a lot. Hand cream was not on my list but the case… 🥹 It will be so cute for a lip or keys or something to help organize my mess of a handbag. It is really a wonderful nourishing product and smells delicious ! Happy spring! 🌸

@Sunnysmom, stunning swatches!! I'm a little envious that you were able to buy both palettes. Like you, I had low expectations and have been surprised at how much more interesting this collection turned out to be!! I also love the scent of the hand cream!

Thanks @TraceyEB I wasn’t going to but it happened because they looked light and fun for summer! Also the way people were using them layered sold me! I’m surprised how much I have used them so I feel like they were a good purchase. You too? The brown is such a nice blend underneath the blue isn’t it?! So happy for the blue/pink highlighter as well. Actually one of Chanel’s highlighters I can see using the most! I was worried! 🥹Happy you got your stuff too!! 🥰🌸

I’m very late responding to this, @Sunnysmom, but I love all of your swatches! Blue shadows historically haven’t looked good on me, so I didn’t even think about buying these palettes.  But the look so pretty on your arm.

OMGosh, @Sunnysmom !  These colors are so pretty on you! 🥰  They are much nicer looking than I expected just looking at the products in the palettes.  It's really hard for me to wear blue eyeshadows with my light blue eyes.  The brows would works, but not the blues.  Enjoy! 💕

I was wondering what Bleu Twill was similar to @Ispend2much6 so I went into a deep dive ! 😆 Thought you may be interested as well. Some good options ! I also saw someone mention a 19/99 liner and I do have that one as well so it’s included separately here. It’s a good one if it’s available - I see it in a set right now. 

Sephora 15 Shimmer Slate, Chanel Marine or Chanel Blue Jean are probably other close options if around somewhere. If not just do a navy and add grey shimmer over it as I’ve been doing. 😆😊 I really wish they would make Bleu Twill a permanent shade. I love these liners! @Winthrop44 @blackkitty2014

Goofy right @TraceyEB ?! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I love the new Twill shade so much I was concerned! 😆 The 19/99 VAS really is a good match. The new Sarah Creal Maritime , Chanel Marine and Valentino blues are decent similar dupes too. I’m sure you have all the Chanel blues!

Yup sorry @Ispend2much6 , Jones Road. Didn’t fit the words in the pic! 😆 But there are some pretty close options too! Also Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Fine Linez Precision Gel Eyeliner​ The Navy is a really nice nice liner and has a good amount of grey to it. ☺️
