I received #62 Still and #64 Exigence just now and tried them. The shades are pretty but -- and this may just be me because I'm not really a long wear lip person -- they feel pretty tacky on the lips.

Oh no @Winthrop44 I hope they get better for you. I wonder if the brighter, darker shades perform better but imagine all have the same texture and feel ? Tacky isn’t great. 😕 Mine should arrive by Sat so will see how they are. @blackkitty2014 too I imagine so we can all compare. 😊

@blackkitty2014 I may get used to them. I’ll see. I was thinking about #80 too. It looks really pretty and seems to have been given out in little sample tubes in Asia from some IG posts I’ve seen, so I imagine Chanel thinks it’s one of the best. I’ll look forward to hearing your thoughts on it. Hope you love it.

I’m guessing they don’t really have the longest wear time @TraceyEB since they’re quite shiny and glossy but hoping they leave a bit of a stain. I’m going to try 78 and 80 for science. Lol Are you thinking of trying them?

@Sunnysmom, I might try them. How are you finding the lacques? I recently rediscovered my Chanel Rouge Allure Ink and Ink Fusion liquid lipsticks that I must have purchased during the holidays last year. I think I like them even more now.

I am liking them @TraceyEB . The shades are really pretty and go on so nicely I think. They are definitely a little sticky but I like the satiny easy feel to them personally. I can see wearing them for a fresh alternative look to lipstick but I do really love the new velvet lipsticks too. They feel a little different and amazing! I still love my last years as well. They are dryer than the new lacques.

@Sunnysmom Anxious to hear how you make out with the shades you ordered. In my experience they are not glossy either. Mine are a satin finish!

Me too @Winthrop44 . I’ll be very glad if they’re too glossy vs a great satin. That would be the best to me. Thought coming yesterday but figured they would not considering shipping situations being so tough, poor guys. Let you know of course!

@Sunnysmom I prefer satin too. Shipping is so crazy now. I have a Christmas gift from a friend sitting in a post office distribution center 1 hour away since Dec 12, and she sent it Priority!

Isn’t that nutty @Winthrop44 ?! I feel badly for people who are still waiting for holiday gifts!   Clearly my makeup is not a priority vs that! Ugh.

@Sunnysmom Yes, this gift from my friend is not a pressing issue either (unless it's lost) but I feel really badly for kids who may not have gotten something their parents ordered for them.

Are you eyeing on any particular shade @TraceyEB ? I’m thinking about getting no 75 and 80. 80 looks solid. 75 looks good on every Asian YouTubers but I can’t understand what they said nor familiar with them so I don’t know how much 75 got altered or edited

When I saw Inflexible on her the other day I ordered it hoping it might look reminiscent of TF Pink Dune on me and I have to say it looks nothing like this and exactly the way it looks on Sabrina’s lips in today’s blog post. Just sayin’.
