Thoughts on the Chanel Water-Fresh Tint? I had it demoed and liked it but didn't wear it long. It's super light coverage but had a little something that I enjoyed. 

Also, when Macy's does their 20% off beauty, does it exclude Chanel?

@makeitup I have also been enjoying the water fresh tint but I find that the scent is a little strong. Although I am new to Chanel foundations 🙂

I got it and really like it.  It evens out my skin tone (a lot better than I thought it would) and makes my skin look a lot healthier and glowy.  I still have to use concealer on some areas but I would have to do that with my usual foundation anyway.  My skin is dry/dehydrated and I really like that I don't have to worry about accentuating dry spots with the water tint.

I tried it for the first time today and I love it. Very light and had an effect of dewy skin. Definitely agree that will not work if you want anything more than light coverage.

@makeitup305 I’m crazy about it too. I also hate feel of foundation and this is amazing for fresh blurring but dewy effect. Maybe I’ve lucked out but I have gotten Chanel during Macy’s events! Maybe they made mistake lol 😱

@makeitup305 I’ve been really enjoying it. I’m not a foundation girl; I absolutely hate the feeling of them on my skin so this has been a real treat for me. The high level of moisture makes my skin feel so comfortable and plump and the tint just enough to even out any light discolouration. I don’t think people who want or need medium to full coverage will like it, but if you just want to even out tone I think it’s fantastic. 

Most of the time I wear it I use it over an illuminating primer and the combo of the two is 👌🏽 but it’s also perfectly fine alone.

@makeitup305 Usually when Macy's has a sale Chanel is excluded from the sale.

@SportyGirly125and @makeitup305, Chanel is excluded from the sale *online* but I was told at a Chanel counter out-of-town that if you call a counter, they can enter your order into their system and mail it to you, and you'll get the % discount. I don't have a local Chanel counter, so I was happy to set up this relationship. They'll e-mail me when sales are coming up.

@TraceyEB Macy's is doing 15% off so I might call tomorrow to my local counter and see if it applies. Otherwise I might need your hook up!

I agree, I was a bit surprised...it’s really just cool neutrals, but I do love the way they come together to make an awesome smoky look. I’ve been able to take it from day to evening pretty easily!
