This is not about anything new but I just tried the Les Beiges foundation and WOW. I never thought I'd be one to actually like a less than full coverage foundation but I've been proven wrong. It's so lightweight and feels so velvety smooth on my skin - I'm in love!!!

I think it gets released on the 19th.

I actually bought it in a pre-release in July. The bottle and packaging is gorgeous. It is definitely in the vein of Coco Mademoiselle. I haven't worn it in a couple of weeks but it is a warm floral. I liked it more than I thought I would, not great longevity though.

Hmm I wonder if I'll like it. I like Coco M but just not the patchouli note. Patchouli doesn't agree with me at all, so I'm thinking if this doesn't have patchouli I'll like it. I'm planning to buy it when it goes live on the 19th..

The new First Light rouge allure velvet. It is a gorgeous slightly translucent neon orange. Looks velvety but doesn't feel dry. Surprisingly wearable. At first I thought it might be the color Kristin Stewart is wearing in the ad but hers has a slightly metallic finish. Chanel First Light Rouge Allure Velvet

How does it wear @lipstick4soul?  Is it as good as Rouge Vie last year?  The shade is right down my alley.  If the formula is the same as Rouge Vie, i'm sold 🙂

I only wore it for an hour so not sure but it felt very similar. I really love the formula so tried this one. It would be stunning on you!

any new updates on the release of the Jardin De Chanel Camelia Peche blush in the U.S? I have been stalking their website & calling Chanel boutiques but no word about it Smiley Sad( i would appreciate any info on this so much!

I just received word from Chanel that the Jardins blushes will be coming to Canada in September (so presumably that means they are not Asia exclusive)

Whoops @TraceyEB I just realized you must've been talking about the flower embossed blush.

I have the pinker one shown there (which is being re-released in addition to a new 'Peche' shade)

Same comment applies, though. Nice, subtle, except these are satin mattes.

@TraceyEB I can't seem to find what it is you were replying to, but I'm assuming it was the tweed blushes so if it's not, please let me know 🙂

I have a few of the ones they released earlier this year in the US/Europe and Japan.  They are very nice, subtle but some have an overspray which I know some people dislike.  I don't mind the overspray because it isn't chunky and it doesn't disappear after the first use, either. However I can't look at these the same way anymore since @Sprytely told me she thinks they look like hamburger meat 😛

I really hope they don't get on the  TF re-releasing LE bandwagon. I wondered with the tweed blushes and the highlighter coming back 😕
