@Mellmars1185 oh same! I make a to-do list every day, it's the only way I can keep track of everything (and I still sometimes forget things 😅). Part of the appeal of habit stacking for me is that if I can get in the habit of doing something regularly in my routine, it will be easier for me to remember and not let it slip my mind.
