Let me preface this by saying I don’t wear blue/green eyeshadow. I’ve got nothing against it really, but I was a product of the 70s and I think I wore enough disco blue for a lifetime. But then our darling @lmaster decided to wear her mermaidy aquas the other day and I got inspired. So, here’s the great experiment!

The first attempt was the more turquoise look. I promise any matchy matchy was unintentional. I dug our the only turquoise type shadow I had which was some old Tarte stuff. It was very powdery and I had a LOT of fallout which is why I have so much under my eyes. And I couldn’t get it off with taking it all off so I went with it. Supplemented with some Viseart Eyeshadow Palette 04 Dark Mattes

Also wearing NARS - Blush - Sin

and BITE BEAUTY - Matte Crème Lip Crayon -  GLACÉ

I tried again yesterday with something a little more blue (and with far less fallout) Viseart Eyeshadow Palette 03 Bridal Satin

Viseart Eyeshadow Palette 04 Dark Mattes

Viseart Bijoux Royal, same NARS Blush and Wander Beauty Wanderout Dual Lipstick in Barely There. More success, but I’m still not sure (I still see John Travolta in a three-piece white suit!) 😁

Oh thanks @RebeccaBT   The hair up is my third day ‘do. It’s just in a scrunchie in back, but my curls cover it so it looks “fancy.” 😁
