Hi everyone,Just wondering if anyone had this happen to them before. I went to my local Sephora and something was priced wrong. I asked the employee and he said it was wrong but it was their fault that it was placed wrong and it looked like the price I had said. I asked them if they would honour it and he grabbed another employee/manager who said no she wouldn’t give it to me for the cheaper price and was rude. Has anyone had this happen to them? I know a majority of companies will honour the listed price as it was their mistake. Does anyone know if Sephora is the same? Thank you!
