Late Delivery

I put in an order 2 weeks ago, paid extra for fast shipping, and my package hasn’t moved. Customer Service is down, I have no makeup or any of my skincare products. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi. I recently placed an order on Dec. 8th, and my package has not moved and tracking page has not updated since Dec. 18th. It is now Dec. 23rd and my package is still not here?? I have rouge flash shipping too. Please help!

@Faith0 @If you paid extra I would call customer service and ask for a refund for the shipping and the status of your order.

There is a global pandemic.This plus the sale means everything is delayed. There are notices all over the site about this. As long as your order says its processing, its fine, you'll get it soon-ish. If you order is past its estimated delivery date,  and you're very concerned, reach out to customer support here: https://community.sephora.com/t5/Customer-Support/bd-p/Customer_Support 

We all just need to have a little more patience.

I ordered Dec 4th still have not received my order .I tired of hearing about the pandemic that is not an excuse . If you buy into that you fall in line with how our government wants you to think Remember conform and do as your told ..If these company's want to stay in business be honest with us .I was told DEC 14 . .NOW IT JUST DRAGS OUT AND HAVE TEXT MY INFO AND TOLD TO WAIT ITS COMING . I am a person if I tell you something I stand behind it .Its time if SEPHORA cant deliver tell us .As you can tell Im not happy with how your doing Business, Thank You .
