@guava22  Adding to @SportyGirly125‘s question: what do you want a toner to do for your skin? Toner’s not a necessary skincare step, and there are toners that do different things: exfoliate, hydrate, soothe inflammation, etc. There are even still some old school astringent toners that can adjust your skin’s pH, though that’s not really needed since most facial cleansers aren’t very alkaline anymore.
