Tiny bumps on face

I’ve had these little bumps (not acne, I don’t think) for almost 7 months now. Nothing has worked (allergy medicine, Rosacia creams, antibiotics). Anybody dealt with this before? Not itchy, just seem to get worse throughout the day

This is due to inflammation  in the gut . Try eliminating inflammatory foods and add a probiotic . If you need any recommendations let me know. Should resolve quickly with eliminations .

@sabmuf   Aw sorry you’re dealing with this.  Have you been to see a dermatologist to rule out eczema or psoriasis?

thank you! Yes I’ve been to two derms now, first one thought it was an allergic reaction (gave me a cream) and second one thought it was rosacia (also gave cream & also antibiotics just in case). Nothing has worked!
