Milia on new red skin

So, back in Janurary I had gotten into a fight with someone and they scratched the right side of the  bridge of my nose with their fingernail. Its now a flat red mark. It seems to be healing but so far I’ve had two milia on the area. I’m anxious for it to finally fade because I have body dysmorphia, I also am anxious to try any new products to reduce the redness because I don’t want to make it worse. A friend told me that the redness is just PIE (post inflammatory erythema- since I’m pale skinned almost everything shows up red on me), I wouldnt try dermabrasing this because it might just damage it more. I miss wearing makeup on my nose, I literally have been covering it with a bandaid when I go outside since it happened.

 For now I literally only use Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost, and to be honest, my skin has tiny bits of dry patches on it. I’m oily in my T-Zone and kinda shiny on my nose but everywhere else seems to be fine YET sometimes it will be oily- its really weird.  sometimes I’ll get some dryness around my mouth area too. Idk what skin type I am but if anyone could help me, it would be appreciated.
