What should I get with a 100$ budget for my 13 year old niece ( skincare and or makeup )

@shtexk Thats very generous of you to gift your niece with some skincare and makeup. 

For skincare, keep it simple. Cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen. There is no need to get into fancy brands with many different active ingredients unless she has very specific concerns that could addressed by those products. Find out her skin type so you can pick out products that suit her skin. She’ll be much happier if her skin agrees with the product you pick out. Brands to check out at Sephora include The Ordinary, Inkey List, and even Sephora Collection. Your local drugstore/department store will have good options too. CeraVe and Cetaphil are good options. 

For makeup, tinted lip balms are fun and can help protect against drying or chapping. Sephora Collection is a good and affordable option. Drugstore brands have also improved greatly, so don’t be afraid to shop there and maximize your budget.
