@Anonymous Look at your order details on the website (doesn't show up on app) and then look at the item number. Last 3 digits of the item# is your box number

Unfortunately, the Play! box isn't available to ship to Canada. I got this from their faq page: 

Q: Where does PLAY! by SEPHORA ship?

A: PLAY! by SEPHORA is currently only available in the U.S. and can ship to any address in the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories at this time; however, we are working to change this and will let you know as soon as we begin shipping to these areas.

Whoa!  What happened this month?  I got my box on the 9th!  Record time. Usually mine arrives between the 15th and 20th. What do I do to make sure this trend continues? 😉

I just got my november box! I have to say I get soo excited when I get my boxes. I really liked this one, the brands are all premium & it has a little bit of everything! Hair care, makeup & skin care. I’m not crazy about perfume samples just because I use the same one everyday (I feel like its a personal choice).

I'm really disappointed that Play! does not understand that I LIKE RED LIP COLORS. I never get them.

If the December box isn't a massive improvement, I'm going to cancel.

I'll give them this: the delivery estimate was for Monday 11/13 and I got i 11/10 after kind of a bruising week. Not the balm I was hoping for.

I hate the way Moroccanoil smells, and they included a bottle in one of the hair care sampler packs.a while back.

Hopefully someone who's in a position to do something about it is monitoring the comments.

This is so frustrating because I am the exact opposite! I hate red lipstick (which I CONSTANTLY get) and would have loved the serum and lip gloss. I wonder what the thing is on my profile for them to constantly send it when I hate it so much!
