@kereindl Where do you put you don't want eyeliner or certain things? When I signed up for Play and did my profile, I could not put any wants or don't wants. I could put specifics when I had Ipsy, but not Play. Please tell where you input that info? Thanks!

Sounds as if many of you already got your March Play boxes. Mine come much later in the month for some reason. The Sephora Beauty Advisors definitely need to start reading these posts. Maybe there would be less complaining if they did read them and fixed some of the issues. I mean one make up product in March box 364...another eyeliner. Just one make up product. I love Sephora but 1 make up product?? Really???

Sephora Play boxes dont shio out till third week of the month so no one has received theirs yet.

...and the one makeup item (Stila black eyeliner) I'm receiving is identical to the Stila eyeliner I received in my September Play! box, which is disappointing. I was hoping that this subscription would be a chance to sample some new products, but it looks like they're just rehashing the same samples that they've sent out in previous Play! boxes. I don't know of another subscription beauty box that doesn't have some sort of policy in place to keep subscribers from receiving duplicate items from past boxes (or if they do, it was a mistake and they will fix the problem).

@Moonrushn Noone has gotten their March box that I'm aware of. At least, I haven't seen it on this main thread of anyone saying they've received it.. The broken lipsticks they're complaining of was from last month. I got a smooshed lipstick myself last month. I also have the box #364 and am very happy to be getting it. Maybe next month will have more makeup? 🙂

Mine hasn't shipped either.

I seem to be the only one whose Sephora brand lipstick wasn't broken.  I like rebel Chic, it's a good shade on me.

My lipstick was broken too... Sounds like there was a batch of defective lipsticks shipped out. And way too dark for me too😟

My lipstick came broken too! Since all is my boxes since Jan where so disappointing and all customer service offered me for the smashed lipstick was 50 insider points. I have quit Sephora 4 good! Considering how much $ I have spent there they should treat there customers better. Forgetting all 3 samples from online orders and damaged play items they only ever give you 50 insider points, which doesn’t make you whole! And Only bloggers get the good play boxes full of high end makeup! Not looking back! Shopping at Ulta from now on! FYI have subbed to a lot of beauty boxes and the best ones in my opinions have been boxycharm and ipsy (in that order)! Good luck to you all, you deserve better for you $!

My boxes are coming super later and lipstick broken. The first few had awesome items showed up the 15th now it clear till the end of the month. I have only been gettin a play box sinc oct. But dang it when down hill quick!!

My lipstick was broke and the shade was crazy dark anyways so I wouldnt use it even if it hadn't been. Wish they would have sent me the NARS pencil, very fair skinned and wear nudes and lighter pinks. I have PLAY and ipsy. If this keeps happening I won't be using PLAY anymore 😞 really need to send products to people by their tones not what they throw in a box.

My lipstick was broken, too. Sephora was nice enough to credit the price of my February box back to me, but I was disappointed not to get the lipstick. It seemed like a nice shade for me.

This is happening to me, too! Same exact story. I started in October as well. Thinking of switching to Ipsy!
