If you log in to your account on sephora.com and not the app, go to my account > account details > recent orders and open the Order Details for an order dated on the 1st or 2nd of each month, you can see the “item number” next to the image. Your box number is the last 3 digits of the item number!!

In your recent orders it will show March play bag and then next to it is an item number, the last 3 numbers is your box number! 😊

I love the boxes. I don't really care what I get, for 10 dollars it is an incredible value. I can't really afford full size products unless they are on sale and this box gives me an opportunity to try a product to better decide if I want to splurge on the full size. Also you get bonus points every purchase I've made I was able to redeem 200 points in rewards products just for having the subscription. What I don't use I save till the end of the ear and make personalized sample gifts to my girlfriend's at work for Christmas. Thank you Sephora.

I agree. I love the boxes. My daughter is always excited to see what I'll pass her way for the month. I like trying new products, even if it's just a small amount. I've found several of my go to's this way.

Ugh, it's really hard to get excited about hair products. Also, someone mentioned all the red lip products and I totally agree! I don't feel like these boxes are customized at all.

Im not happy with this. Last months box was the first one that I was unhappy about. 1st time and I’ve been a loyal subscriber for over 1yr!! Come on Sephora start looking more closely at the beauty iq

I’m pretty disappointed in these boxes.  I keep wanting to unsubscribe but think I’ll give them one more box...one more box...one more box.  I feel that I’ve received too many repeat products.  Also too many red lipsticks and hair products.  More makeup and skincare please.

I have had cool, black hair, fair skin as my profile iq since the beginning and I still get all the same warm toned products and red lipsticks as my native Nigerian BFF. These are NOT customized.
