I've also heard Lip Monthly's customer service isn't the best... When you said cheap, does Lip Monthly not give well known brands (Urb Decay, KVD etc) or are they more like lesser known, more "generic" brands? Thnx for your time

Go to the Sephora website(not app), go to your recent orders, find your Play! order for this month, find your Item#(Not order#), the last 3 numbers of your item# is your box. You can also go to Mysubscriptionaddiction.com for spoilers after you find your box number. Hope this helps! ❤

Anybody receive their box #101, yet? I would love to know what's in it..😁 Please don't do away with perfume samples Sephora..that is one of the reasons why I subscribed. Lose the bags and keep the samples.

Is that seriously how these boxes work? I don’t pay money to get dumb skin care products one is okay but the whole box is ridiculous!! If that’s the case I’m going back to Ipsy!

I have the same box and I'm dying to know too! I didn't know we weren't getting perfume samples 😞 this is my first box and that was one of the reasons I signed up

This is frustrating, I cannot stress how much getting a foil sample is such a disappointment. There is and I'm sorry but one of the main reasons I chose a play by sephora subscription was for the extra perfume sample. I hate to say it but they change the game and stop sending me perfume, I'm cancelling my sub.

Please do NOT do away with perfume samples in the boxes. I chose this subscription over another because you guys provide designer samples and I love trying them. I agree with doing away with the little drawstring bags every month. If you’re gonna send a bag, make it useful. Example: try a cute coin purse, a small credit card pouch with a cute fluffy key chain on the zipper, a small mesh pouch with zip to keep your travel sizes in your gym bag, in the summer include a wet bikini bag. I personally love hair and skin products so keep those coming. I don’t care for too many eyeliners and that’s the second I stayed with you and not the other.

Sephora.... why are you putting that glamglow in every box since it’s for oily skin???  I have enough trouble keeping the dryness at bay as it is.  Why would I want to try out a product that’s going to remove much needed oils from my face?  Total fail

Yes, I totally agree! When I first saw that glamglow product I was utterly disappointed. I have dry skin and it's even worst this winter.
