I agree! I was so dissatisfied with the products AND lip color that I actually called customer service and they agreed I could return the whole box. My first return ever. It’s like they didn’t pay any attention to my profile. We all receive products that we won’t use but usually there’s at least one or two goodies that we love, but last month I would not use one thing that I received. Hoping this months is the greatness that I’ve come to expect from the Sephora Play..
