Ouch! That's harsh. A Rouge status does not make you superior to any other shopper in the store. Spread your wings and shop at Barney's, if nothing is meeting your status quo. 😊
Somebody feels a little too self important with that rouge status. I've been rouge too, nobody cares about your sephora status. PS this is a new formula, so it is a new product.

I have to ask. Why does it matter to anyone if other people are unhappy with what they got in their box? "Shut up and go away if you don't like it" is not only terrible customer service, it's a tack that has been used to diminish women for generations. I would imagine Sephora has folks that read these posts to get exactly the information that the "complainers" are providing. Imagine if your employer called you in and just fired you without ever telling you that you had done something wrong. Wouldn't you rather get the chance to fix the problem? Maybe that's just me.
I really wish that my profile could indicate not to send me face products that will irritate my Rosacea like this one will.
You can always put together a cute basket of all the face products you don't want to use and give it to someone as a gift. I do that with lip products. I'm not a fan but since I'm paying for these items anyway I might as well give them as a gift and not have to go out and buy one.
I have roseacea and have no problems with this. So they wouldn't know it should cause problems for yours anyway.
My sister always gets my unwanted lipsticks or things items that irritate my skin, she’s always grateful!

I have mild rosacea and this doesn’t actually irritate it. Ymmv though.
No more red or fuchsia pink lipsticks please! I don't mind dry shampoos. More face cream/daily moisturizers would be nice. And maybe a brush or tool once in awhile.

No, you will get your box. It always says out of stock next to the play boxes each month because they aren’t for sale.
