The Fall Lip Challenge

Okay okay, so I know it isn't *technically* fall quite yet (we just had a heat wave in the Bay Area...) but we are just too excited to break out all of the mauves, browns and deep reds for this festive season! Whatever your take on a Fall lip is, we want to see your pics and hear your thoughts.

Here's the challenge: Dig into your lipstick stash and pull out those fall-themed lippies! Post below with your different looks and, of course, let us know what you're wearing. We love to hear application tips and your thoughts on the product.

@melissapurple22:  Chutney looks like a great everyday color!  But is Bite Amuse-Bouche Liquified Lip a great everyday formula?  From the reviews, it sounds like it's nothing like the long-wearing liquid lipstick formulas and there's quite a bit of transfer.

It does go on a little  thicker than some other formulas. What I did was to take a  Kleenex and just blotted my lips once and it takes off all the extra product.  The colour stays longer and leaves a nice tint to the lips when it wears off. Had no really problem with transfer after doing this either. ☺️ Hope this help

@melissapurple22 Chutney will work on everyone, it's such a universal shade.  The formula is also light and comfortable to wear.

@LaRenarde:  I'm quite sure I've passed over this one many times, but your picture convinced me to swatch it again on my next trip in store.  I love how matte it looks on you and the muted brownish rosewood color is perfect for the season.

@LaRenarde  You peaked my interest with this one, it looks beautiful on you.  Aren't lipsticks the most fun out of all the makeup products.  They are easy to swap out and come in thousands of shades. 😄

@darkiceis Im very happy with that shade, I am discovering the Nars lipstick pencils right now and I think they are very nice , not too drying on the lips for a matt color, have you tried them? what do you think? I bought a duo mini that is available right now , the size is perfect for the touch up pouch!

@LaRenarde  The matte ones do look comfortable and not too drying s thank up for the update 🙂 .   I have 2/3 of them somewhere in the abyss of my collection.  November is coming up so maybe i'll move them into the rotation for the month.

💜 Very pretty @LaRenarde. I was *just* talking about baby bangs when I went to see my hairstylist. They were all the rage in the early 2000’s when I worked in a high-end salon. She told me that they’re making a comeback, and here you are with them, cute as can be!

@ClassicallyFab  That shade is actually a great nude for you.  You're probably not used to wearing light shades, but it looks good.  The coloring goes well with your complexion.
