The Fall Lip Challenge

Okay okay, so I know it isn't *technically* fall quite yet (we just had a heat wave in the Bay Area...) but we are just too excited to break out all of the mauves, browns and deep reds for this festive season! Whatever your take on a Fall lip is, we want to see your pics and hear your thoughts.

Here's the challenge: Dig into your lipstick stash and pull out those fall-themed lippies! Post below with your different looks and, of course, let us know what you're wearing. We love to hear application tips and your thoughts on the product.

I've been in love with the subtle fall colors this year! I've been taking it easy, but I love to get some darks in every once and awhile! This is a NYX liquid lipstick, and I am quite impressed for the price! I would recommend! (The shade is exotic)

 Today I'm feeling my birthstone in an emerald pout with murder eyes. Feeling "Myth" on my mouth from the wonderful Black Moon Cosmetics Liquid Metals. No envy here, this shade is everything I want in a metallic liquid lip: Opaque, easy to apply, smells like vanilla cake frosting, quick-drying with just enough play time, a vegan and cruelty-free formula, and long lasting glitz. The formula is lightweight and hugs my lips with a silky feel. Surprisingly nourishing for its kind. Its beauty is hard to photograph.

@DeusExMascaraOh wow - beautiful shade! : ) I've never tried black moon cosmetics either but I'm definitely going to check them out now I've been wanting to try a really dark/almost black shade.  Thank you for the review and lovely snaps! : ) Really cool to see/read! : )

@DeusExMascara:  That is one gorgeous lip color!!  I think the brand doesn't do justice to the product in the their product shot; it looks bright teal in their photo, but I much prefer how blackened the color looks in reality.  I've never tried Black Moon Cosmetics, but your review about the formula has got me intrigued!

Happy to hear it! Thank you! B🌙M has definitely got this down to a science. No formula is perfect, but these are wonderful. I love the metals, but the matte shades are to die for, and just as stubbornly transfer-resistant. Best use a lip scrub beforehand, for extra smoothness. 🙂

Love the look!  Red lips can sometimes look overpowering, but I love how this one fits right in with the casual vibe of your outfit!
