The Fall Lip Challenge

Okay okay, so I know it isn't *technically* fall quite yet (we just had a heat wave in the Bay Area...) but we are just too excited to break out all of the mauves, browns and deep reds for this festive season! Whatever your take on a Fall lip is, we want to see your pics and hear your thoughts.

Here's the challenge: Dig into your lipstick stash and pull out those fall-themed lippies! Post below with your different looks and, of course, let us know what you're wearing. We love to hear application tips and your thoughts on the product.

@trishavt I love mixing colors too. I get an idea of what I want in my head and I end up having to create the color out of my stash. I think you had a great idea with this one, the color is such a beautiful nude. You look gorgeous!

@Glitternoodle thank you so much! I definitely agree with your logic. It's not that there is anything wrong with a particular item but I get more pleasure out of mixing different colors and finishes to create something new. It's a fun process until you forget what you used to create a certain color! 😉

Pillow talk is a great pinky-nude color. It has a matte like finish so I added a creamy lipstick to make it less dry.

@trishavt No I haven't! I didn't even know hourglass made lipstick. I've been contemplating their stick foundation though but I keep getting side tracked on more fun things then foundation  🙂

Bite matte crème lipstick in Braised Maple.  These are sooooo creamy and wonderful!  I have been playing around with combinations and think I've got a more friendly and moisturizing version of KVD Rocker. @ClassicallyFab

The top shade is a combo of Tom Ford Ginger fawn, Tom Ford Nicholas and Bite Crème lip gloss in gold. The lower shade is kVD GV in Rocker
