100 Days of Lipstick Challenge

Hi BIC!

A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.

I don’t have a photo because it just arrived with my order today, but I decided to give the SEPHORA COLLECTION Totally Juicy Lip Tint a try. It’s an exact dupe of the Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez Soft Pinch Tinted Lip Oil Stain down to the taste and smell. In case anyone was wondering! I got the shade 03 Summer Slushy. We’ll see how it performs against the Rare. I know the smell/taste of the Rare was a turn off for some, but I find it bearable. My hope was it’d have a closer consistency/feel to the NYX ones, but it’s literally… Rare. For the price while on sale, definitely a nice price for a decent and wearable product.

Ooh that's good too know @alexasteph I have been really curious about the SC lipt tints. 🙂

@CynthieLu I gave it a wear test today, and it wore just as well as other similar products I have. I drink a lot throughout the day and talk for 6 hours straight (middle school teacher here… a constant stream of caffeine is the only way…), reapplied a couple of times, and surprisingly there was no transfer when the product was still glossy. Honestly, I might grab  another shade or two before the sale ends.

I love a transfer proof lip, and one that dosen't look patchy when it fades. 👌
