Hi BIC!
A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.
I’m sporting a Dorothy Hammel wedge in my senior picture @Loretta55. Talk about dating yourself!
ETA: For those of you unfamiliar
I would never have been able to get my hair as straight as Dorothy Hamill’s hair @jozkid. How did you straighten your hair back then? When I was in high school I can not remember if traditional blow dryers even were available for purchase. I can not remember what kind of dryer I used back then but you were able to add a comb attachment.
Just a blow dryer with one of those attachable brushes @Loretta55. My hair’s curly, but it’s not hard at all to blow it out. That’s why it took so long for me to figure out I had curly hair!
One of these days I’ll hunt down my HS photo and post it next to Dorothy lol!
I came to the thread to see why Dorothy was gracing us with her presence!
She was the Jennifer Aniston haircut of my generation @michelleshops!
Wine stain. Does wine stain count? I’ve been rewatching GOT and I need the wine to keep up with muh boi Tyrion.
Anything with wine and GOT would totally count @alexasteph. So sad we don’t have a new season this year
@blackkitty2014 I know! And next season is the last one 😩😩 And GRRM hasn’t finished the last book! Ugh. But, fun fact! We share a birthday haha.
Friday:
The ABH 100 point lip gloss in St Tropez (still available!)
And Saturday:
YSL Glossy Stain 14
@jozkid Pretty colors❤️ I especially like the YSL. Such a pretty berry shade.
Thanks @katkapivarci. I have a few of the YSLs and I love all of them. Maybe because they look so shiny too.
@jozkidUnidentified
Both colors look good, but the YSL looks great! Also love seeing your bright smile.
I love that ysl on you!!! Just enough of a dark color but not too dark @jozkid
@jozkid These are both very lovely! Totally different but equally nice.
Thanks @alexasteph. I’m starting to think I like the way I look in darker colors better.
Darker colors do look great on you !! 😊 @jozkid
