What is considered big. I received mine and itโs ridiculously small.
@suggrr I was positive but now I'm not positive. I think it is because the text indicates it's full-size.

What's up with the jars and crap and trinket holders? This is not home goods. Why they even offer such ridiculousness is beyond me. Sephora just gets worse and worse as time goes on with rewards.
try Ulta way better in my opinion
I was considering getting some things with the 20% VIB Rouge promo, but I decided to buy the items at Shopper Drug Mart. At the same time Sephora started our Rouge shopping time, Shoppers had their bonus redemption event. I got the Guerlain customizable rouge lipstick and case, the Too Faced Better Not Pout set, a Neutrogena face wash, and a luxury mascara sampler that comes with a certificate to get a large size (as a Christmas gift for a family member). As I went to pay I automatically got a deluxe size of a Smashbox mascara added to my cart (no promo code required!) AND three free samples to choose from (one I chose actually would be considered a 250 point perfume from the Rewards Bazaar) - best part? After redeeming the points I only had to pay about $20 in taxes (as the points donโt count towards taxes).
Iโm only $30 away from renewing Rouge for 2020, but itโs not even worth it as they only offer the 750 points or the 4 makeovers and no extra bonus gift like the brushes. Iโm letting it reset as Iโm just waiting to dump my points and switch over when Ulta finally comes up to Canada. Between them and Shoppers, Sephora will be getting very little of my money. The problem is the rewards bazaar only opens up with the newest items at noon EST while Iโm teaching, so I cannot just up and leave my class to log on... if Sephora offered two times on days they drop new rewards and they divide new stock between those times it would make it easier for a lot of us who are unable to snag newer rewards of varying values. Iโm to the point where I may just cash out for a whole bunch of little 100-point rewards, but even then itโs slim pickings by the time I can get on and see whatโs available after work.

Iโve been a member for years and have spent thousands of dollars with Sephora, it was my โgo toโ place. Now? Without fail, every single week the higher point items are sold out even before they get released to Canada. I feel like Iโve been scammed to be a VIP member, spend lots of money for points, then lose them to the ether.
Get your ACT together Sephora- this is simply a scheduling item for IT to fix for time zones. Or try ANYTHING- because Canadians are starting to buy only Canada products as a result of US politics
That's exciting news! I switched primarily to shoppers for my beauty splurges and it's been pretty great. I wish they were a bit more on top of things with their testers (some locations don't have testers for certain makeup products and what they carry will be different store to store)
I have already earned 250$ worth of Optimum points...isn't that crazy by comparison? I could literally buy 2 full sized fragrances and a lipstick and I have only focused my beauty purchases at Shoppers since August.
Same thing happened to me with both the $50 and $100. Missed 3 weeks in a row. I waited and refreshed one hundred times and it was gone. Very disappointed
