The rewards that drop at 9 AM PT never actually show at that time. By the time the rewards are visible to me, they are sold out. Why is this? I would like to have a chance at getting some of the rewards. I’ve tried both the app and the website, and neither show the rewards until long after they are already sold out.

@abr7, I'm sorry for the trouble! The Rewards Bazaar will update each Tuesday and Thursday around 9am PST. It may not be exactly at 9am but it's typically within that hour. I recommend checking back weekly as new rewards will continue to release. I'll also share your feedback with our teams for improvements, and I hope you're able to redeem in the near future!

Same sentiments here! you want us to purchase a lot but the rewards system really needs improvement. My friend kept waiting every T/Th for the Sol de Janeiro 750-point reward but it was never available. If we’re earning points, the rewards should be accessible, not limited by a strict time window. It just doesn’t make sense! @LaurieBT

And maybe you could tell us why there are barely any new rewards added, like for the past at least 3 weeks there’s nothing new, the same items which obviously nobody wants, if there’s something desirable it’s gone so fast! 
Also maybe you can explain why the same Khiels for example single item is 100pts but if it’s 2 it’s 250pts, same with supergoop and other items, shouldn’t be the other way around - 2 items together 150pts, 4 items 350 pts not 500, doesn’t make sense, just put them then separately for 100 each instead of make it the way it is!!!
