so i placed two orders from sephora and the order didnt arrvie it was my first ever experience with sephora and perhaps last as never got my order and tracking doesnt show any photo proof deliver of such expensive package worth 500 usd, last resort for me being a laywe is to escalate matter to consumer protection court so that sephora should pay heavy penalty for scamming their customer

Hi, I bought a gift card and was trying to use it for black friday. While scratching the gift card, some numbers were not visible so i couldn’t even use it for online purchase. I called sephora customer service and I was told to go directly to store and so I did. After they scanned it, i was told it doesn’t have anything on it. What am I supposed to do?
