I’ve been checking since last week and repeatedly refreshing the page but there are still no items available to redeem for 750 points and above. The only rewards showing are for 100 or 500 points.Please don’t offer a rewards system if it can’t be properly maintained! this is extremely frustrating and feels misleading. On top of that, I was assisted by customer service chat who is not helpful or event could not escalate this concern to your marketing team.

This has been ongoing already for some time, since like the beginning of summer, they sometimes don’t add anything new for like 3weeks, or if they add something nice it’s gone quick and again you stuck with the same unwanted things which are there for weeks and weeks, yea the rewards system really sucks so as the customer support recently, my suggestion move to Ulta, they have so much better rewards system and you can get so much better samples and gifts with purchase and they change every day, like you can get 4 YSL perfume minis with 80$ purchase where here you get 1 if you spend 40$
