Gift card issue

Hi, I bought a gift card and was trying to use it for black friday. While scratching the gift card, some numbers were not visible so i couldn’t even use it for online purchase. I called sephora customer service and I was told to go directly to store and so I did. After they scanned it, i was told it doesn’t have anything on it. What am I supposed to do? It’s a $100 gc that I got and i still have the receipt with me as well. Thanks #giftcard #giftcardissue
