SCAMMED by Sephora

so i placed two orders from sephora and the order didnt arrvie it was my first ever experience with sephora and perhaps last as never got my order and tracking doesnt show any photo proof deliver of such expensive package worth 500 usd, last resort for me being a laywe  is to escalate matter to consumer protection court so that sephora should pay heavy penalty for scamming their customer
