Love for Brushes

I'm developing a love for brushes of all kinds.  I bought a few higher end brushes and they are amazing.  They are incredibly soft and my makeup glides on like a dream.  There are so many interesting shapes. I am really interested in creating a beautiful brush collection.  Show your brushes and share any cleaning and storage tips and let us know which ones are your favorites.

@LuvstravelThat is a great brush haul,I have had the Makie Series MK 2 Powder Brush on my wishlist for awhile but I got the Year of the Rat one so I have had to wait awhile before I buy any more.

Thanks @TraceyEB I went back through this thread and researched people's choices and thoughts on different brushes. After seeing the Chikuhodo Makie Series MK 2 Powder brush floral design and the recommendations on the Chikuhodo brand, I was sold 🙂

Looks like the Sky Face Set restock is just around the corner. I hopethey also have the individuals available so I can finally pick up Master Face. UPDATE - Here are the prices for the individual brushes: Master Face $85, Mini Cheek $36, Soft Cheek $48, Worker Fan $55 and Classic Cheek is $46

@hersheykisseslv  - I signed up for the reminder email as soon as the email to get the reminder email came.  Both Beautylish and Sonia G have confirmed that they will be available as a set and individual brushes.  🙂

@MCSSavvy Thank you for letting me know, I was afraid the set would be the only thing available. I am debating on adding a brush or two to my order, just so I don't have them ship only one item out.

Happy to help @hersheykisseslv .  Perhaps the reason it took longer to restock the face set was she decided to have more brushes made than in the first batch especially if they are providing individuals.  Dunno, just a thought.  I haven't seen a price on the brushes yet but I would imagine they will be similar to the individual Pro face brushes.

@hersheykisseslv. I'm on the fence about the Designer Pro brush. I'm picking up the Cheek pro amongst others but waiting for the Sky Face set to restock.

@MCSSavvy A lot of people rave about Designer pro and its multi-functionality, I don't have it myself or the Cheek pro. They are quite popular and the two seem to have some similarities, so you could definitely pick one up and then get the other later on. Sonia does a fantastic comparison of the two on her blog.

@hersheykisseslv  -- I asked Sonia's opinion on insta and she gave me her thoughts as to the best brush for what I'm looking for so I'm waiting for the Sky Face set to come back out next week to pick up the set and perhaps a back-up master face brush.  I'm going to keep my eye out for the Face One brush when it restocks as that was her first recommendation followed up by the master face.  She's so super nice to always respond to her followers.  🙂

Sonia G original brushes are back in stock! She said on insta the sky face set and pro brushes are coming in a few days.

@xcicee  - I'm excited!  I'm splurging with my tax refund money (something fun besides bills, medical costs and taxes...lol) on adding to my brush collection.  I'm picking up a back-up of the Sky Eye set and want to get the Pro set to round it out.  I picked up a few eye brushes during their discount sale (thank you Beautylish, Hourglass and Viseart) and want to get a few extras of certain brushes.  I am waiting patiently for the Sky Face set and will probably wait until later in the year for restocks on any other brush purchases.  Gotta reel things in... 🙂
