The Sephora Holiday Savings Event starts off this month with its usual bang. ✨ We are excitedly waiting too see what treasures we all scored during this wonderful event! 😍 

Gifts for our friends, loved ones and of course a little (or a lot 😉) of selfcare items are set to be arriving at our doors.

I was eyeing the EADEM Bare-Skin Confidence Brightening Trio With Niacinamide and Vitamin C ...... I feel like ive seen it from the community, I have a memory of a bird, was it from you?!?! Tell me more @itsfi because I don't have enough to slap on my face... 🤣

lol @jaaayp, it might have been me. I feel like I've been going on and on about the EADEM Milk Marvel Dark Spot Serum with Niacinamide and Vitamin C 1 oz/ 30 mL since it came out, first wanting to try it, then adding the 14-day foil sample promo gwp, then using it and being ahhhh-mazed by the results so much that I picked up the full size - I have had some sun spots around the outer corner of my left eye and some uneven skin tone, sun spots and redness on my cheeks, and a couple PIH (post imflammatory hyperpigmentation) spots on my chin and those have all been noticeably reduced/lightened to being completely gone. The serum really worked well for my skin - when I first picked up the full size, my nightly routine was double cleanse - Eadem serum - Rhode serum - moisturizer or oil - and my skin looked amazing. My daytime routine was cleanse if needed in the morning - Eadem serum - moisturizer - sunblock. 

The mini set is super cute - I can take the serum with me when I travel now and I've been wanting to try the cleanser (for a second cleanser). Do I need another moisturizer to love? No. Am I excited to try out the one in this set? Oh yes. 

"because I don't have enough to slap on my face" 🤣 I feel for ya, jaaayp. I used to have a ... robust, yeah, let's go with robust, collection of skincare products that I would rotate through (and an even more robust collection of more skincare products waiting in the wings to be used 😱). For me, my skin does better with the less is more approach, but I still have a good set of tried-and-true products in my collection as well as new-to-me goodies to try, though it's far less of a supply than I had before.

The same here tbh @itsfi less is more does work better for me as well. I really try not to grab more but it's that mentality of "something better might be out there"... im definitely gonna try the EADEM Milk Marvel Dark Spot Serum with Niacinamide and Vitamin C 1 oz/ 30 mL though. Right now for vitamin c I'm usingiNNBEAUTY PROJECT Green Machine Vitamin C Dark Spot & Hyperpigmentation Serum 1 oz/ 30 mL and the TULA Skincare Brightening Treatment Drops Triple Vitamin C Serum 1 oz / 30 ml. have you tried these? Is EADEM Milk Marvel Dark Spot Serum with Niacinamide and Vitamin C 1 oz/ 30 mL BETTER???

I love the iNNBEAUTY PROJECT Green Machine Vitamin C Dark Spot & Hyperpigmentation Serum 1 oz/ 30 mL but I find this is more hydrating and weak in the dark spot treatment so I'm using the TULA Skincare Brightening Treatment Drops Triple Vitamin C Serum 1 oz / 30 ml and Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops Serum together so if I can just get away with 1 serum, seems like a life simplifier!!!

@jaaayp, I like EADEM Milk Marvel Dark Spot Serum with Niacinamide and Vitamin C 1 oz/ 30 mL for brightening - it contains both niacinamide and vitamin C. It doesn't sting and is lightly hydrating. My skin is dehydrated pretty much all year round, so for the most part, I'll go in with a moisturizer after the serum. I've not tried the Tula but did use a foil sample of the INNBeauty. The Eadem remains my favorite - I purchased a full size in addition to the mini trio set.

@itsfi  wonderful hauls! I think the Kilian and VBB sets will make great gifts. Which Dedcool fragrance did you pick up? I love the sound of the Helper's Artisans Boutique, what a great program to support!

@caitbird, thank you! It's the Taunt scent; I think it also goes by 01. I picked up the discovery tin late last year or early this year and of the ones in the scent, the Taunt 01 fragrance was the one that stood out the most to me. I've picked up a car air freshener with that scent and now have this travel size. I'm sure I'll pick up a full size bottle at some point, but I have a lot of full size fragrances to make my way through first.

@itsfi  nice! I have the discovery tin as well and am still making my way through it. Taunt is one of the ones I've tried so far, and I do remember liking it. I always like when fragrance brands have different scented products of a particular fragrance - air fresheners, hand creams, etc. - so that when you find a scent you really like, you can pick it up in different forms.

Fun @caitbird! I’ll be interested to hear which of the Dedcool scents you like most. If I’m remembering right, Dedcool makes a detergent in the Taunt scent as well. Taunt was the scent that also layered best with Milk, to my nose at least.

I've done things a bit backwards this year @tsavorite; usually, I tell myself no picking up things for myself until I'm done shopping for others and I aim to do it before Thanksgivings, but this year, there was definitely more shopping for myself before I even started on others. Fortunately, there are plenty of beautiful sets this year, like the Kilian and VBB, for those on my list. Do you have a favorite shade in the VBB liners? I only have a few of them for my own collection but the set looked like it would make a lovely gift for someone else.

I think that the set of eyeliners will be a fabulous gift for someone who appreciates them! 

I prefer way too many of the shades in the Shimmer and Jewel choices of the VBB eyeliners.  💕
