Sephoria NYC 2023

Now that the word is officially out….who will be attending Sephoria NYC 2023 on September 29-30, 2023?

I won’t be able to attend in person this year (I plan to attend virtually) but I know other members who are already planning and going.  If I had to choose a session it would be session 3 with Patrick Ta and Natasha Denona. 

Please share your excitement and even photos and experience here if you do go.

Day 2 Part 2- I saw the @Tatcha booth early on and you can bet I was excited! Tatcha is my favorite skincare brand, I cannot get enough of the Classic Rice Polish and Water Cream. I wanted to keep that fan 😂

Stopped at the @SoldeJaneiro booth. It was divided into two lines, a yellow half of the room for the Bum Bum Cream and pink for the Beija Flor Cream. I've never tried the Beija and I have so many Bum Bums I can't give them away fast enough 😅, plus that line was snaked into the hallway. So I chose Beija line and it was just me 🙂 I'm obsessed with the floral wall. I was bummed to later find out there was flavored waters on the Bum Bum side.

My friend @tiptoes3 is the biggest Dr. skincare fan and has been using his products for years ( I'm not telling how many). His line was relatively short and she really wanted to meet him so we lined up for him. He gave consults and they were really helpful! Behind us was the line for Patrick Ta, it was long and closed off...because he was there in person!

We were going to go there but it was mastercall time. We had both signed up for @NatashaDenona Natasha gave some incredible tips but I am so mad at myself! I had set aside my notebook and pen to take, so of course I forgot them. And I was so tired I don't remember much of what was said. 😭

Last slide is artwork upstairs. If @sephora wants to send them to me I won't complain.

@Samtian   I’m so curious what the Dr. talked to you about! He explained to me how important it was to use vitamin C. I acted like I didn’t know anything.  Why’d I do that?  😂

he also explained that percentages in formulas are not as important as formulations.  He was lovely to talk to

 (Excuse me for butting in.)  Weren't you just being polite under the circumstances and letting his day go smoothly? 

It's so amazing that you had private conversations with Dr. Dennis Gross!

@heartsmyface He was telling me things that would be good for my redness and about the harsh climate here in Idaho.

omg, that artwork was so cool, and the props they had at the check in location downstairs was so fun too. Those would have made some fun swag! You were such a trooper, especially that first day - you definitely got the full NYC experience there. Was absolutely thrilled to get to put a face to the name!
