Sephoria NYC 2023

Now that the word is officially out….who will be attending Sephoria NYC 2023 on September 29-30, 2023?

I won’t be able to attend in person this year (I plan to attend virtually) but I know other members who are already planning and going.  If I had to choose a session it would be session 3 with Patrick Ta and Natasha Denona. 

Please share your excitement and even photos and experience here if you do go.

Hello! I just wanted to pop on and say I had the most amazing trip to New York. I feel so lucky to have been able to attend Sephoria for the first time. I met so many wonderful BIC members and made some amazing friends. There were some bumps along the road but overall it was unforgettable. I will have memories to last a lifetime. I will be unpacking and getting back into a routine this week and will post more about my experience soon. Yesterday I ended the trip with a wonderful boat cruise with @fatimamummy

@blackkitty2014 Thank you! That would definitely be something to remember. It was nice to have some extra time to explore. There is so much to see. I would definitely go back.

Day 2 Part 2- I saw the @Tatcha booth early on and you can bet I was excited! Tatcha is my favorite skincare brand, I cannot get enough of the Classic Rice Polish and Water Cream. I wanted to keep that fan 😂

Stopped at the @SoldeJaneiro booth. It was divided into two lines, a yellow half of the room for the Bum Bum Cream and pink for the Beija Flor Cream. I've never tried the Beija and I have so many Bum Bums I can't give them away fast enough 😅, plus that line was snaked into the hallway. So I chose Beija line and it was just me 🙂 I'm obsessed with the floral wall. I was bummed to later find out there was flavored waters on the Bum Bum side.

My friend @tiptoes3 is the biggest Dr. skincare fan and has been using his products for years ( I'm not telling how many). His line was relatively short and she really wanted to meet him so we lined up for him. He gave consults and they were really helpful! Behind us was the line for Patrick Ta, it was long and closed off...because he was there in person!

We were going to go there but it was mastercall time. We had both signed up for @NatashaDenona Natasha gave some incredible tips but I am so mad at myself! I had set aside my notebook and pen to take, so of course I forgot them. And I was so tired I don't remember much of what was said. 😭

Last slide is artwork upstairs. If @sephora wants to send them to me I won't complain.

Awwww @Mcakes! I'm so happy we got to meet face-to-face; you're amazing! I'm caught up on sleep and laundry's done so your Sephoria diary is top of my list of things to do after work tonight. Can't wait to grab a glass of wine and relive some fun memories!

@KailaWaysThey sent emails saying they would mail you your swag bag if you emailed a certain address.  Check your emails and email them for it.  I called today to confirm we'd be getting the swag bag in addition to the refund and they confirmed that's correct.  They said they would send them out in October.

Can any gold key ticket holders from Saturday talk about the Gold Key Lounge? 

i was a gold key holder for Friday and that’s the only thing I haven’t seen shown or talked about so far.

@michellecat   The lounge was awesome!  There were sooo many places to sit and even lay down!  There were Bouquets of flowers, cute cushions and a nail deco area!  
It was a great place to sit and have death water mini cupcakes and a bit of a sensory break from the chaos beyond the walls.
