I don't have any of their eyeshadows (yet), but I've heard some people who love them - have you looked at Shiro Cosmetics' The Maiden Fair?Might be a bit lighter than what you're looking for, though...

There's also Aberzombie and Ditch from LunatiCK Cosmetics Lab (it's on their site, but I can't link it here).

@Anonymous  so I went through my stash and believe it or not in regular shadows that are still available I don't really have something close except for maybe UD Chaos.  All the other ones don't have the right under tones.

There's also the MUFE Ultramarine star lit powder... I don't have it yet but could be what you are looking for.

@veronika23 I think it might be the MUFE Star Lit Powder, but I am not to be trusted with pigments. Seriously.

@niki172 Ugh, Chanel! My Weakness! I can't find enough swatches of it to see if I can justify the price but in the pan it is intensely gorgeous!

You can always press your pigments into a pan :). I think Chaos is a UD site exclusive. It was in the electric palette.

ETA: The swatch looks like a discontinued MUFE color. # 159 😞

I found it while looking up blues on Temptalia and now finding a bunch of other pretty shades... Did you look into Inglot or MUG?

There's also the new MAC Chromat palette but don't think those shades are exactly what you are looking for either.

I do have Velocity but it's absolute crap. 😞 I just want a shadow that is everything Velocity was supposed to be 😞

@Anonymousit's very pretty just not as flashy/cobalt as you might want it to be. It's more of a jeans blue.

There is also MAC How Royal but that's more electric

And MAC Atlantic Blue which is kinda close but not as bright. Better if you layer over a white base.

I thought of all of these today but didn't mention them since they weren't really like the pic you showed me.

This is UD Chaos to compare. I only have it in palettes but it comes in a single now excl. to their site. I think it was reformulated?  This might be closer to what you want?

@Anonymous I love that color blue! There is Nars Outremer, which can be very bold, it just needs to be built up. And Marc Jacobs Out of the Blue matte liner is a great match for smudging or lining. Make beauty makes some nice blues (and they have a 25% off sale going on now). Here is Nars Outremer, MJ Out of the Blue and Thunder by Make in action.
