Hello I been a vib for a couple years now and now I hear about monthly free vib kits what are they and when can I get them and how thanks

I know that Sephora sends out email promotions for vib and vib rouge with a monthly kit from various brands but you have to spend $35 on your order to add it to your cart.

I have never received any emails to events or free kits and I have never spent less than 50 whenever I have ordered online or in store have you gotten them
