unsuccessful authorization

Tried 3 times, nothing wrong with my credit card, but orders are not authorized with no notification. Checked my card transaction history, the payments are pending. Did Sephora charge me or not? And why are the orders cancelled?

Hi @mimidizero,

 

I'm sorry to hear this! Sephora does not settle charges for orders until they ship out. As the orders were unsuccessful, the temporary authorization(s) will reverse. I'll take a look further and I'll send you a private message to help shortly. Thank you!

Hi Laurie, when I checked order history it tells me "tracking not available for canceled orders", how will it be shipped if it is canceled? And if they will be shipped, I ordered three times of the same stuff, because I thought they're canceled, is sephora going to charge me three times for everything?

Also I'm not sure if you had sent me a pm or not since I can't find the location for pm on this website 😞

Hi @mimidizero,

 

In the top right corner, there should be an icon of a bell! Click the bell icon then click "messages". Also, as your orders were cancelled, please rest assured you will not be charged for them. Any pending authorizations from the cancelled orders you're seeing on your bank statement will automatically drop within one billing cycle.
