Unsuccessful Authorization

I had placed my order any complete my mayment and were charged on my credit card, am following it up and found the my order were canceled.

please advice me why, and how can i refund my payment.

Happened to me too but I actually want the items I ordered! Never had any issues using my cards for ordering until now

the payment was processed from my dept card, and shows that it was transferred to Sephora.

I had contact my bank, they need a statement letter from your side telling the status of my payment.
